CA WTB- steering wheel mounting hardware

i had to move my project to a new location and seem to have lost some parts. here is what i need (don't know the exact names) the two plates that hold the column to the dash (below the cluster), the column support plate that mounts to the firewall and the retaining ring clamp that clamps it to the column. Obviously all from the same person would be best. I have a 1967 stepside if that makes a difference. thanks again.
