Major Issue... Help please...

So I finally got to start up my Blow through turbo charged Inline 250 today.... only to my dismay it starting blowing motor oil out the back side of the block somewhere between the tranny and the engine.... and it also would not shift into or out of gears.... and neutral was not neutral on an NP435 (4 speed on the floor) tranny.... SOOO... Long story short I now have to pull the engine and trans and try to figure out what the heck went wrong! Can this engine/trans combo be pulled without removing the front clip and without removing the high hump inside the cab and without damaging all my paint work with one guy, or am i stuck pulling the front clip...

thanks ahead of time.
