Got a 1965 Chevy C10 Short Stepside!
Well I traded my 1972 for a 1965. My family is saying I down graded but I think I did pretty good. It has power steering and disk brakes all around. It has very little rust, rockers are good, cab corners are good, bottom of doors have small holes. It runs pretty good, 327 with a 350 turbo trans, its real fun. So less rust than the 72, more power than the 72, I got one of the 60s like I wanted, and I can do pretty much all that it needs to it.
Heres a list of parts that he has given me- * New Factory Carpet * New Front Fenders * New Front Grill * New Digital Radio that is made as the old ones * New Wire Harness for the whole truck * New Mirrors * New Weatherstripping * New Glove Box Trim * New Blue Dot Rear Lights * New Cab Mounting Kit * New Aluminum Radiator * New Reupholstered Seat * New Custom Gauges And I know it has more, im forgetting what it has because I still gotta get everything out of the truck. The front fenders are dented but the guy gave me some new fenders for it, as listed above, the front grill has some bondo on it but again he gave me a replacement too. Heres a list of the work it needs- * Very small rust holes fixed- Which will be later on * Master Cylinder is leaking so I gotta figure out whats up with that * Fenders replaced with the new ones * Radiator replaced with the new ones * Carpet replaced with the new one * Radio Installed * Custom Gauges install * New Wiring Harness installed * Cab Mount Hardware installed on drivers front side * And the rest of the small stuff done Pretty easy stuff that needs to be done, but I just gotta get the time for it. Work is killing me. But I got a 65! Woohoo!
