driveshaft removal

Had questions regarding removing my driveshaft when pulling the engine/transmission:
Everything is unhooked except the motor mounts

What are the steps for removing the driveshaft so I can attach the cherry picker to the plate on the manifold and lift the motor and transmission out together?

First time doing this so I figure id ask for the instructions.thanks!!!
