305 to 350 Engine Swap

I am about to delve into my first engine swap. Never done one, never been involved in one. I have been reading and reading and reading on the forums. I feel pretty comfortable taking this adventure on myself. Currently 1983 2wd 305 with a 700r4.

Here is the motor I have chosen, stock 350. http://www.jegs.com/i/Chevrolet-Perf...rentProductId=

Along with a new water pump and still deciding on the headers. It seems that everything from my 305 will match right up to the new 350. But since this is my first engine swap. what are some of the more looked over items that I need to pick up? Examples any gaskets, seals any little tools that make the job easier. Any insight would be great.
