Cool Steering gearbox...removal please, help

Someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong, I am hammering on the idler arm to disconnect it from the not sure what it is called coupling, maybe?
I’m trying to replace my steering gearbox on my 84 10 and this is the last thing to do to get the thing apart…it is giving me royal h3ll, I have it up some but not enough to remove the threaded bolt is still on the smooth part, hope I'm making sense…is there a tool I can rent to make this easier on me. I gave it a bath in wd-40 and its still not off, any tips/tricks to remove this thing?

As always all advice/experience is greatly and sincerely appreciated. Thanks in advance.
