What is involved with rebuilding a holley 4160 Carb?

Does anyone here do it for a reasonble price or can ido this with the proper manual? I have done everythingelse with a manual, but am leary on a carb.

Heck, I am not sure that it need rebuilt. the truck drives fine except for the carb looks real wet and there is oil in the breather pan from the hose coming out of the passenger vavle cover hose to the breather. Starts up fine and drives fine. Goes fast too.
