PS conversion & steering angles

So, following CPP's directions as best I'm able, the pitman arm on my steering box doesn't sit parallel to the ground - it has a little tilt to it, which you can also see in a slight upward tilt of the input shaft.
Is this normal / correct / OK? Or is this bit of angle going to cause problems I haven't yet imagined?
If it's cool, I'll drill the other two holes and finish mounting the box. If not... more work with the die grinder to make things sit properly.
