Vehicle Emission Control Tag - HELP

For a '72 Cheyenne: I have a Vehicle Emission Control Information tag, GM, that I got from LMC, but it's not the same size tag as the original one. It's a lot narrower than the original one. (This is the sticker tag that goes on top of the driver's side fender well.) If you open the hood, it's on the driver's inner fender. The original is much bigger and wider. Can someone take a clear picture of an original sticker tag and post for me? Also, could you give me the measurements of it?

I'll need as clear picture as possible--I'm thinking of having one made at the printers.

Thanks, Casey
