Reasons to buy or not to buy a 66 Short stepper ?
Another unfair question, but one I will typically throw out there.
I will copy and paste the ad below in bold italics. KEEP IN MIND, I am also looking in the USA for trucks that fit my budget and wish list. Ideally I am looking for a 60-66 C10 Short Fleetside. Original paint preferred V8 and a modern manual gearbox would be good. Smoothies, Rally or some Alloys would be good. Please make your comments. I know that this is not a short Fleetside in original paint..... C10 short bed pickup, lowered, smoothies, new blackwall tyres, (not ones in pic, they were bolloxed) 350 chevy, offy inlet 4 barrel edelbrock carb, 4 speed manual on the floor, full stainless dual exhaust, heater, lovely condition, not mint but nice! drives superb, no power steering. has 57 chev steering wheel, mexican blanket, i think the seats were in good nick, this was my old truck, I threw a fortune at it, what on I cant remember, but I used it regular until I sold it to my mate who needs to shift it. phone him on ********* for more details, don't ask me anything, I'm just doing the ad for him, £8500.00 ono.(US $12800.00) thanks!! forgot to mention, has a new back bumper fitted as well since these pics were taken Remember, to land a truck on your driveway in the UK from the USA will cost around £2000.00 or about $3000.00
