Wiring Harness?

Well the more I'm getting into my truck the more obvious it seems that the engine fire has destroyed more than the 2 used harnesses I've bought are covering...

So looking into wiring harnesses on the suppliers websites and evilbay has left me more confused than happy.

Can you guys tell me what you've used and how hard/easy they were to work with?

It seems they all are priced about the same if I'm buying the "full" kit...

I like this one, they claim to have all the original pigtails and connectors.

Thanks in advance,
