Motor mount bolt loose.

Beat on my truck pretty good today lol. Run good till I got home and just started shaking bad, checked everything and found my passenger side motor mount bolt(long) almost came out and my engine seems to be leaning to one side. what would cause it to come out and do u have to take fuel pump off to tighten it up (seems a bit tight in there). Would this bolt being loose make engine lean to one side? My passenger side full length header is hitting fuel lines , so thats how I know its got a lean to it( it didn't do it before).

Thanks for any info.
