Is this Worth Fixing..

My grandfather in-law picked up a 1968 step side in 1994 and took it a bodyshop to get it fixed up as a street rod, had it painted and other stuff done, but as the process was taking place the shop owners son-in law stole a bunch of parts and has yet fixed it.. my grandfather-in-law and the guy are great friends and he never pushed the issue, but he has talked about fixing it back up, and the shop guy is wiling to help and i have decided to help him, here is what we got let me know what you think.... is it worth it. or not..
