Cab lights or not?

First off, I'm new to this board and would like to say Hello to everyone.

I'm looking at building a 70-72 SWB 1/2ton. I have two cabs, one with factory cab lights, one without. I am painting the truck factory copper W/white roof. The lights are orange so they match the copper paint.

Question:
* I have never seen a factory SWB wide body with cab lights: Did GM make them?
* Why doesn't anyone build SWB's with them?
* Do you think a SWB would look odd with cab lights?
* Do you think it may effect the resale value?

Thanks in advance for any & all input.
