not really HID's but a H4 bulb with a better looking lens/housing.
As for the notches, well, let's just say they are way taller then we are going to need for awhile . They are not tall enough to lay frame but they are much more then a standard C notch. We have a ride height in mind, but will wait for the final stance once we get everything together since this one is a static drop for now.
