if the body is as rust free as you claim, you do have one advantage living up where you are and that is; everything else is rusted to pieces.
it is a solid $5000 truck as is, again going off one picture.
if you spent some time to clean it up you may get more.
a clr wash will get rid of a lot, if not most, of that surface rust and the oxidized paint, you'd be surprised with before and after
