Hard Starting When Cold
i have a rebuilt 350 in my truck. in the mornings, when its really cold(about -15c) i cant get the truck to start. it floods out really easily. When warm, it starts like a charm, but when cold it just doesnt happen. does this sound like a choke prolbem? im not sure waht goes on. timing is set at 10degrees btdc. any help appreciated
