Do you have a disc setup already or are you wanting to know what it takes just to go rear disc with an e brake. The next question is do you want an actuated type caliper (integrated ebrake) or a drum ebrake with disc brake (like a lot of the newer vehicles). I've done both and could answer some questions.

Btw... That looks a lot like my rear setup. . Mine has the McGaughy 13" rear actuated setup on it.
