TV Bracket question

Ran into a problem with my 2004r install that I was hoping yall could help me with

The bracket I got from BTO doesn't work. Doesnt fit at all, as is obvious from the pics. The shop who's doing the install (I have neither the time nor the space to do it) can't get it to work either. The carb seems to be kinda a mix and match of different carbs, so I wasn't sure what bracket to order.

I sent the pics to BTO, but in the possible event that they do not have an answer, any idea what bracket I should be using, and where from?
