84 Sierra Classic frame off pro-touring build

I found a somewhat clean but tragically neglected Sierra Classic and now I need to do something with it.
This is my first post and build thread, but I have read more on this site than I care to admit.
Hopefully I can keep some interest because:

A. It's turned into a frame off
B. I've already maxed out my credit card, but I have more
C. It was and will remain "brown"
D. It will be my daily driver
E. Can you say 6.0 L96 with 6l90?
F. Trailing arm conversion with 12 bolt
G. open to suggestions and comments on where to take the build
