Are 3/4 and 1 ton A-arms the same?

I have a 69 one ton car hauler that was hit by a twenty something blonde who can't drive. She hit me right between the front edge of my tire and fender, now my wheel looks canted in at the top.

I'm thinking the upper A arm or ball joint is bent. I have a 3/4 ton parts truck and was wondering if the upper A arms are interchangeable with my 1 ton.

Anybody know for sure?
