Title hearing in Texas?
I'm considering buying a truck without a title...was wondering if anybody has gone through a title hearing to obtain a title for a vehicle. I didn't know this existed until sometime last year it was on the news that a local Dallas county politician was using this process to obtain titles for un-titled vehicles he would purchase.
