Surely this guy had insurance..........
That said, I agree with him it's your fault. Nobody else was driving the skid loader and nobody else was responsible for the safe operation of that skid loader. I would see if his insurance will cover (you can pay the deductible), or maybe you have insurance? One way or the other, I think you'll pay. Go have a chit chat with a lawyer........ then proceed. |
