Misc Wires?

Hey everyone, I've got these wires that I'm not sure what they go to (yet). I'm trying to see if anyone has any thoughts as to what they might do.

This small silver box is on the Passenger side fender, and has a yellow wire (on the right) and a red wire (on the left) on it. The yellow wire is coming from under the driver's side dash.

The red wire runs along the top of the radiator support, then connects to the left side of this on the driver's side radiator support. The right side then connects back to a yellow wire, that runs under the cab some place.

Any ideas? I've checked conductivity and there is some conductivity between the left terminal and the middle terminal, but nothing that connects to the right.
