My new 1978 C10 350

Hey guys, new to the forum! Glad to say that I was passed down a 1978 Chevy silverado c10 from my grandfather. I have wanted this truck for quite a long time and although he passed away when I was young, I feel that is in the right hands!

The truck has not been running for about ten years, I have already changed all of the fluids besides the tranny fluid, dropped the gas tank and have primed the upper cylinders and turned the motor by hand. Tomorrow I get the battery. Now is it not the engine I am concerned about but the tires. (ha) All of the tires are old and won't hold air. I am looking into new tires but I want to know how big of a tire I can go on the stock rims? I'm pretty sure they are 15's.

Thanks in advance guys!
Charlie
