Trailing arm bushing question

After extensive searching online and on this forum, I cannot find my answer. I am installing Energy Suspension rear trailing arm bushings and all is straight forward until I get to the disk that goes on last.

It has a taper to it, the instructions are generic and their website has no further instructions regarding its orientation.

I'm assuming the taper goes in. Am I wrong? I'll take pics if necessary, but I'm sure someone knows exactly what I'm talking about.
