New gauge install

Ok, first truck project 68 step side, but probably the first of many post. I have changed from idiot lights to full gauge cluster, I re-wired the harness and here is what I have.

Dash lights come on with key and stay on
Oil pressure gauge is maxed out on high
Temp stays in the middle
Amps stays in the middle
Fuel gauge is showing way past full, almost another half tank
Tac works fine
Speedo works fine

Where do I go from here? Do I need a different oil pressure gauge? Do I need to replace the fuel sending unit, it worked fine with old gauges? Do I need to convert to a volt meter? All help is appreciated.
