snapped u bolts! how many lbs of torque for lower A arm u bolts?

replacing the u bolts that connect the a arms to the crossmember
I got to work today and noticed I was sagging a little - looked under the truck and noticed one of the bolts was snapped! and my a arm was only being held there by one u bolt.
( was on the freeway doing 80 just 5 minutes previously)
scary!
