Stock Gages?

My truck just came with the basic gages. Speedo, Fuel, and idiot lights. But the guy I bought my truck from gave me a whole box of extras. Im not sure where all this stuff came from, but its obviously not from my truck.
He gave me 2 extra full gage clusters, and the other two have actual gages for temp and oil pressure (I need to double check and see if one has a tach. Im at work and cant remember off hand).

Is there an easy way to check to see if one of these clusters is fully functional? Or do I have to pull mine out and just hope for the best? What all will I need to change to hook up the temp and oil pressure gages?

Both sets of gages do have the electrical strip along the back.
