Valve Cover Emissions Decal

I've read several posts about folks talking about their valve cover emissions "stamped steel" decal but have not found anybody reproducing them.

Does anybody have any information on these?

I tried to save mine when I repainted the engine but it did not make it.

I've used a local guy before for custom window decals but I don't know if he could make anything that would withstand the heat of being under the hood. I've worked up a design that is really close minus anything GM on it.

Thanks.
