help..one tire is closer to the inner bed fender

Ok, my lowering kit shows this week.I took measurements of tire to fender for clearance.

Something isnt right...
My rear tire on the passenger side has almost no room of clearance from the inside of the fenderwell in the bed of the truck.

The driver side has more clearance, you can easily see the difference visually
Drivers side has at least 1.5" of clearance to the inner fender of the truck bed.

Ill try and take some pictures right now.

Anyone have ideas??
