cfisher, I don't know how to set up the ring and pinion, but I do know how to take the thing apart, clean it up and make it look nice. Dave Chapman (The Hollister road company) will be setting that part up this Friday if all goes well. He's been Superman for his help and expertise in electrical necessities(relays, etc)!
So, I hope all goes well on the rebuilding of my rear axle~ I bought this back cover off of ebay~ it's looks really neat! Should look great peaking out from the underneath! I just put a couple bolts on to hold it, so I could step back and marvel at it! Maybe next week I'll have this old truck back on the ground again! dne'
