Seat Belt Cleaning Tip
I had a moment of sheer, unadulterated genius yesterday.
My original seatbelts were nasty dirty and completely unsuitable for going back in the truck. I soaked them with spray-n-wash and scrubbed it in with a toothbrush (don't use your wife's). Then let them soak for a while and then hit em with a pressure washer with a 40 degree tip. With the washer tip nice and close (close enough so one pass gets the entire width of the belt) you could literally see the dirt cleaning right out of the belts. You just have to avoid the sewn GM tag or you will blow it off. I wouldn't recommend using a tip less than 40 degrees to avoid damaging the belt webbing. I hung-dried the belts (took less than 30 minutes to dry) and now they look brand new. If I knew how good it was going to work I'd have taken before and after shots.
