PB Question

Just put PB in my truck yesterday, but the pedal doesn't feel right. It doesn't seem to be coming up all the way, and the picture shows the bracket not returning all the way to the firewall after pressing the brakes in as I'm assuming it should. I have to pull it up with my foot to bring it up all the way.

Is this normal? I doubt its the MC, its pretty new and been working fine for months. No vacuum leaks, pulling vacuum straight off the manifold, and its a brand new booster.

The master is fenco and the booster is bendix. I didn't mean to mix it up, but I assume it shouldn't matter?

Could the booster be bad? Or am I just thinking too much because power brakes feel so strange after manual for so long?

It does feel as if the brakes are slightly dragging, but that could be just cuz I'm thinking about it too much
