Re: Got my Eastwood Poweder Coat Kit today...
Well, I FINALLY got the oven "test fired" so to speak.......
The putrid stench of burning rat peepee and feces that I didn't quite get all cleaned out was literally enough to make me ! It took about 2 days to get rid of that olefactory memory(smell outta my schnoz!)! I blasted, prepped and cleaned a battery support bracket for my econo-rubbermaid box(Saturn). Coated it with a satin black and cooked it! It came out really well except for where I dropped it back onto the oven grate, leaving a couple little dings in. I've got a few other odds and ends I think I'm gonna throw in and do a "big batch." I've also got a guy that wants his SBC center bolt valve covers satin black now that he saw my bracket! Cool! After spending LOTS of time with this thing, I may actually have a paying job! I'll try to post pics when I get home.
