70CHEVYBB Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: chillicothe, illinois Posts: 690	Very slow/ not working turn signals I finished up installing my factory wiring harness. I noticed my turn signals blink very slow and sometimes it will take 20 or 30 seconds to start blinking. Do I have a ground that I am missing? I have a new taillight harness and have all the grounds connected to clean metal.
