GA Parting 70 3/4 ton Big Block

Hey uncle one more peek and question, I was told that the 69 & 70 model big blocks did not have the rectangle heat shield mounted on the firewall passenger side at the cab tunnel, Some claim came on the 71 & 72 only. Did this have that heat shield or are there 2 holes on the firewall where it would have been mounted. See if you can solve this debate, Please. Thanks again.
