need help with lowering a 1971 cst

I have a 1971 cst shortbed, I am looking to lower it what are my options and how low can I go without c notching the frame? How low can I go up front with just springs without issues. Can you post some pictures of your trucks and tell me how low you went front and back and how you did it, or what kit you used. Also wheel and tire combo on your truck. Thanks there are to many options for me so I'm seeking your knowledge and experience.
