Howell fuel injection question

I'm installing the Howell fuel injection system in my truck. I have an Edelbrock Performer manifold and a Mallory Unilite distributor with vacuum advance. My questions for anyone who has done this conversion are : where can I get the vacuum feed for the MAP sensor ? Is it ok to make a T with the PCV valve ? There are two ports on the front of the throttle body, which one connects to the vacuum advance on the distributor ? Can I use the other for the MAP sensor ?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
