paint advise

Hey all thanks in advance for any help you might have. I know i'm a long ways off from putting color on my truck so I took the front clip off to get it sandblasted to preserve the slowly decaying sheetmetal. the shop doing the blasting is also priming everything for me and I was thinking about shooting it all with tractor supply paint as well to further protect it.

my question is if I spray it with the budget implement paint is it going to cause me any issues down the road when I go to get some real color on it?
