Cowl Vent Gasket?

I'm not sure if that's the right term for the gasket as I'm having trouble finding it...but, I need to remove the cowl vent to remove leaves and crap that have built up, and the rubber gasket that appears to keep water from running down into the engine compartment is all dry-rotted. Would like to put a new one in while I have the cowl vent off. Hope this make some some sense...can someone direct me to the part? Or give me the proper name so I can actually find it...thanks.
