Cummins swap cost advice.

I have a 85 C30 dually with a junk 6.2/4spd. I have the chance to pick up a 96 Dodge 2500 2wd 5.9/5spd for 1500.00.

What kind of extra cost for the swap am I looking at? I have a full fab shop at my disposal and I'm ok with using it.

I'm just trying to get a ballpark idea on cost vs just putting a gas burner in it and being done. I'm not really looking for towing power, the most it'll ever tow is a car trailer.

Thanks for the advice!
