need advise on 64 c20 Long stepper

Have an opportunity to purchase slash trade (.30-30 marlin) for a 64 c20 long bed step side. Nothing special, looks like it may have once been a DOT or fire truck. Runs with a 350 and a four speed manual. Going to need new front fenders or repair, Hole near door in floor on drivers side, rockers on both sides and at least one cab corner. Box looks decent with a few dings and hood needs a crack fixed. That's the problems I can see in pics, don't know about under cab and all. In your opinion is the trade worth it? Body is straight. I can weld and all and already have a 72 GMC c15, 71 chevy c10, 67 impala SS, and a 88 one tone 3+3. All need major work except my 88. Am I spreading myself thin with projects? Have the 72 apart now. What would you do?

Brent
