66 A/C Cab SWB Sale Help

Hey guys...Okay, so I recently acquired another Shortbed Fleetside A/C cab truck and I'm thinking about selling it. I already have an A/C cab truck that I'm buried in and although I'd love to build a second one for the wife...I've been offered some money for this one. Before I pull the trigger and pass the title over, I wanted some input. I've been offered $7000. Do you guys think that's a fair price. It's still a project, but here's some details.

Pros:
Rebuilt 305 with powerglide going in this weekend. No miles on it yet.
Big Window
All Harrison internals are present
Under dash ash tray present
Uncut Dash/Doors
Complete, solid truck (One pin hole section of rust on driver door)
New Front Inner Fenders
C-Notched
Shaved gas filler hole
Misc new parts
"Custom" cab trim sails included
New white wall tires
On drums, but includes later frt disc brake spindles/rotors/calipers/etc.
Power steering conversion included as well. Just needs frame bracket for box

Cons:

Original Shortbed Fleetside, but bed itself is a cut down longbed.
Needs Rear window
Needs head/tail light wiring
Doors replaced and need trim holes drilled
No body moldings
No gas tank - Needs relocated tank
Needs Bed wood
I just shot some primer on it to prevent any rust since I live near the ocean.
Needs minor bodywork and paint

Basically, a great project with a ton of potential to be a very cool, rare air conditioned cab truck. So, back to my question...is $7k decent? I'll get some more pics too. These are just the ones I had on my phone. The truck is now all primered that buff color. Of course the hood is included.
