Turn signal problem

Long trubleshooting story short...my front right turn signal will only work if I hold upward pressure on the turn signal lever. Obviously I need to take it apart and see if I can make adjustments where contact is made, maybe just clean it up. I looked at the manual and it seems my first step is to remove the horn button but it doesn't say how. Just says remove it. Do I just pull until it comes off? I don't want to break anything.

Thanks!
