Re: Serpentine belt conversions
Tom I'm going to be getting a 69 gmc truck soon, however I'm not a mechanic what so ever, but I do know I want this conversion for the 350 small block. Here is response from the PO as I haven't taken ownershp of the truck jury yet:
It's a new motor but there are no dates on the block or heads that I now of. When ordering parts get them for a first generation small block with perimeter bolt heads they are all the same from 1973 through 1985. But most parts will fit on a first generation small block from 1955 to 1987. That's the beauty of a Chevy small block most parts are interchangeable no matter what the cubic inch. Tom please help me determine what I need for a non a/c truck, with a working heater? Posted via Mobile Device |
