Drivetrain almost finished. Engine decisions..

I know this thread might be moved but I'm trying to stay Suburban specific.

I plan on driving my Burb like it was meant to. Some days it will be stop and go traffic. Other days it will be highway trips.

Long days in knee deep beach sand will be common as well as deep mountain snow at vacation time.

What I've done so far is a 2" lift with gas shocks.
I've installed front and rear 3.73 gear sets and added a G80 for the 14 bolt and an eaton e-locker for the Dana 44. Current tires are 33"
I replaced ball joints and every u-joint.
I've rebuilt the NP205 and added twin stick shifters.
I've built a 700R4 with the AA output shaft.

Now I need to make a decision about the engine. While one day I might go cummins or LS, for now, I want to use something in my current supply.

Currently residing in the engine bay is a L82 Corvette engine with a performer intake and carb. The cylinder heads are a mystery but I have a suspicion they are 305 smoggers.

On the shelf:

I have a fresh 305 TPI with comp cam and SLP runners.

I also have a 350 4-bolt, steel crank, comp XFI cam and stealth ram. I have not purchased heads for this combo yet.

I have a fresh 350 Vortec. No manifolds.

Also I have two fresh LT1's. An iron head from a SS Impala and an aluminum head from a Camaro. I'm not sure I want to change the accessory brackets for the Suburban so I've decided against those.

Would you choose any of these and why?
