Difference in front end parts?

Is there a difference in parts in the front end between a 1983 c10 and a 1984 3/4 ton Suburban? (Ball Joints, Control Arms, Tie Rods, Pitman Arm ect) Reason I ask is I can get a pretty good deal on almost new entire front end from a 3/4 ton Suburban but I want to make sure the parts are going to work on my c10. My truck has drop spindles and 1.25 brake rotors...it used to be a diesel truck.

I looked on summit and it does list diffent part numbers for a c10 vs a c20 suburban but I was alway under the assumption that all 2wd front end parts for these 73-87 were generaly interchangeable.
