1986 C10 Trans Tunnel 4-Speed?

New member, ride is 1986, Chevy C10, sbss with 4-speed (New Process 3 speed w/OD). My question is related to replacing the cab as being less expensive, then repairing cab corners, possible front window channel damage from rust . There is also a little damage to drivers floor pan from cowl water leakage, soaked up by the thick floor mat underlayment ( sponge like). Other wise very little rust, rockers good.

Question, is the trans tunnel on these later cabs like 1986, universal for all available trans both 2 and 4 wheel drive. A picture of mine is attached. Review of previous answers to similar question seemed to say trans tunnels were all the same in later years for this style truck. However, not absolutely sure that is what answer was, so, asking again to be sure.

This is a very original barn find truck, not driven for many years, red/red, custom deluxe, 108 K miles, original paint, wood floor, rally wheels and a few other options. Built in Canada. More info on this truck as I study it. Plan to restore since very little rust on truck except for cab corners.

Glad to be a member, have researched questions here for a while.
