I replaced the speedo transmission seals and this was between the transmission and the speedo cable. it was really loose with no fix and the cable looked like it fit to the trans without it. I searched through the posts on how to do the job and didnt see such a thing on the other transmissions.So I left it off and the speedo works like a charm with out it.
